This project epitomizes our non-for-profit developer collaborations. The St. Patrick parish of downtown Hartford was pursuing a development scenario for some of it's property to provide both parish facilities and income. The development included a high rise tower with commercial office space and multi-family residential allocated for the developer, and ground floor parish facilities and priests residences on the upper floors. Full parking facilities are places on multiple levels below the ground level. This 27 story, mixed use, commercial, office and residential tower works to integrate the functions of a parish with the components of commercial development within a dense urban core. Retail and parish functions are placed on the first three levels and corporate offices above. Residential units are above. Parking Garage a below ground parking garage supports parish, residential and office occupancies. The tower connects directly to the adjacent church. In this manner, the parish is provided a full suite of facilities within a vibrant, mixed use urban context.
